📦 1. Right of withdrawal

For purchases made through our online store, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of free withdrawal, without the need to indicate a reason, except for exceptions provided by law.

To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision to us within the legal timeframe using the contact channels provided in our store.

🔄 2. How do I request a return?

The process is simple:

1. 💬 Contact us through our customer service channel, indicating that you wish to return an item.

2. 🧾 Provide the order number and the products you wish to return.

3. 📦 Wait for instructions on how to complete the return.

4. 🚚 Send the item according to the instructions received and within the applicable legal timeframe.

We recommend that you keep the proof of postage until the process is complete.

📋 3. Under what conditions can I return an item?

The item must be handled only to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and operation, as would be permitted in a physical store.

You may be held responsible for the depreciation of the product resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary for such verification, under the applicable legal terms.

The original packaging should be kept whenever possible, although its absence does not, in itself, eliminate the consumer's legal rights.

🎨 4. Can I return personalized products?

Products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from the right of free withdrawal, under applicable law.

This exception does not eliminate the consumer's legal rights when a product has defects or lacks conformity.

🚚 5. Who pays for return shipping costs?

For returns made under the right of free withdrawal, the direct costs of the return are, as a rule, borne by the consumer, provided that this responsibility has been duly communicated before the purchase.

This rule does not apply when Thunder Studio 3D agrees to cover these costs or when the law determines otherwise.

If the item is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to what was ordered, please contact us so we can assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed, without prejudice to your legal rights.

💳 6. When will I receive my refund?

When you legally exercise your right of free withdrawal, we will refund the payments received, including the initial delivery costs under the terms provided by law, within the legal period of 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that you do not incur any additional costs as a result.

Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you, rather than the standard less expensive option offered, do not have to be refunded when the law allows for this.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not correspond to what was ordered, please contact us through the channels indicated in the store, describing the problem and providing the order number. If possible, send photos that help us understand the situation.

We will analyze the case and indicate the next steps, respecting the rights provided for in Portuguese legislation, including the rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as applicable.

Consumer goods generally benefit from a three-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery, under the terms of applicable legislation.
